UAZ-469 tire set 1:43 Quinta Studio

This is a resin (3D-printed) detail set, not a kit. The set from Quinta Studio contains tires and wheels for a model of the UAZ-469 field car in 1:43 scale. The finely printed tires with a crisp tread pattern and the rims replace the simplified parts, and they can be finished with a realistic flattening at the contact patch.

Use

  • Separate the wheels from their supports and wash the uncured print resin residue off them.
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
  • Paint the tires and the rims separately and bring out the tread with pigment.

For modelers building the UAZ-469 in 1:43 scale who want realistic wheels with a crisp tread pattern.

The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
