This is not a model but a set of fine photo-etched parts for raising the detail of the plastic kit of the Czechoslovak trainer and light attack aircraft Aero L-39MS, or of the export L-59 Super Albatros. The set is intended for the kit of this aircraft in that scale from Trumpeter.
Photo-etched parts typically refine the cockpit, the instrument panel, the side consoles, the seat belts and various external details such as covers, grilles or flaps. They replace the thicker plastic parts from the box and take the fidelity of the model to a higher level.
The photo-etched parts are separated with a sharp knife on a mat and bent in a photo-etch bender or with a ruler and a razor blade. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), small parts spot by spot. Degrease the surfaces before painting. Work with fine metal parts suits more experienced modelers.
