This 3D-printed resin kit from the Ukrainian maker Reskit captures the American A/S32A-31A Mule airfield tow tractor in the long MSU-200 NAV version, in 1:48 scale. The tractor serves on aircraft carrier decks as well as at land bases to move aircraft and helicopters. It is a model in its own right, intended for experienced modelers.
The A/S32A-31A Mule is a low, rugged tractor of the US Navy and Army. The long version has an extended frame for greater towing performance. Thanks to its low build it maneuvers heavy machines in the cramped spaces of hangars and decks.
First wash the parts free of print resin residue and cut the support structures off. Glue with cyanoacrylate and protect your airways while sanding. Once a primer has been sprayed on, the details come out with a wash and a fine dry brush; suggest the wear with scuffed edges.
The model is supplied as a kit in 3D-printed resin, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
