This is not a model but a color photo-etched detail set. It contains crew seat belts for plastic models of the German Dornier Do 17Z-2 bomber in 1:48 scale. The belts are of etched steel, which is springier than brass, holds its shape better and imitates the slack of the straps more faithfully.
Steel seat belts printed in color, with buckles and fittings for the crew seats, ready for immediate use with no further painting. The steel base makes it possible to shape the belts naturally over the seats.
The parts are separated carefully with a sharp knife, shaped with tweezers into a realistic run and attached with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The painted areas are not varnished over.
The accessory requires a separate plastic model of the Do 17Z-2 in 1:48 scale; the model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
