This is NOT a standalone airplane model but a resin detail set in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer Black Dog. It holds cast parts of the electronic and sensor equipment together with the section of the onboard cannon, which add to a model of the F-16C fighter and make it more accurate. It is intended for F-16 Fighting Falcon models.
The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a single-engine multirole fighter widespread in a number of countries. The F-16C version brought modernized avionics and equipment; a built-in rotary cannon and a quantity of external antennas and sensors that differ from machine to machine are typical of it.
First wash the fine resin parts in lukewarm soapy water on account of the mold release residue. Cut the casting blocks off carefully with a knife and sand the small surfaces with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the small antennas and the cannon section separately; metallic shades and light washes will bring the structure out, and leave the fitting to the end of the build.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; it is an accessory, not a complete model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
