Special Hobby 1:48, F-16C ejection seat

A resin ejection seat in 1:48 scale for a model of the single-seat F-16C fighter from the Kinetic kit. The casting faithfully captures the shape of the shell, the harness straps, the activation handles and the small details that are most visible in a cockpit exposed to view. It replaces the simplified plastic part and raises the realism markedly.

Use and fitting

  • Wash the mold release agent residues off the seat and cut off the casting block.
  • It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • Pick the harness straps and the handles out in color according to period photographs.

  • Builders of modern jet fighters in 1:48 scale.
  • Modelers who want a detailed cockpit without laborious additions.

This is a stand-alone resin accessory, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
