F-4 ejection seat green 1:48 – a color photo-etched set of ejection seat equipment from Eduard for models of the American F-4 Phantom II fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
A photo-etched set from Eduard in 1:48 scale in a pre-colored finish, intended for detailing the ejection seat of the American F-4 Phantom II fighter. The green finish corresponds to the green variant of the seat straps and equipment. The set contains belts, buckles and other items of equipment and is ready to fit. It is not a model of the aircraft, but an accessory for the cockpit.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom II was an American two-seat multi-role fighter in service from the 1960s with the US Air Force and the US Navy. The crew sat in Martin-Baker ejection seats, whose straps and equipment form a prominent detail of the cockpit.
The pre-colored parts are fitted onto the plastic seat, which they enrich with fine belts and buckles. Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a cutting surface and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue; bend the belts slightly for a realistic look.
This is an accessory photo-etched set, not a model in its own right. It calls for a matching base kit, which is not included in the package.
