A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. This finely cast resin set replaces the exhaust pipes of the German Focke-Wulf Ta 152C-0 fighter in 1:48 scale. The C version with the liquid-cooled Daimler-Benz DB 603 inverted V12 engine had exhaust stubs along the sides of the engine section, and this replacement captures their accurate shape and outlets exactly. The part is meant for advanced modelers with resin experience.
The exhausts are clearly visible on the sides of the engine section and the way they are rendered strongly affects the overall impression. The resin casting offers sharper edges and a more accurate pipe shape than the simplified part from the box, and on some pieces the outlets are realistically hollowed out as well. Once painted in metallic and heat-resistant shades with fine rust and oxidation, the engine area looks entirely natural.
