A square board from the line of display grounds of the same name, whose print is taken up by the circular insignia of the Italian Air Force made up of rings in the national colors, that is in green, white and red. The name of the item adds acrylic 3 mm thick, an edge of 240 millimeters and a weight of 190 grams.
Italian machines tend to have striking camouflage schemes in which the national insignia on the fuselage are easily lost. A large circle under the model repeats that information at a readable size, so a visitor to the display case recognizes the machine's nationality before bending down to the caption. The colored area at the same time enlivens an arrangement of otherwise plain grounds and gives the shelf a rhythm.
Leave a clear strip around the model so that the outer circle does not end anywhere under a wing, and turn the machine so that its longitudinal axis does not lie exactly in line with the edge of the board. A slight rotation benefits the whole composition. Clean the surface with a dry or lightly dampened cloth, not with chemicals. If you also use the ground to carry the model to a competition, interleave it with soft cloth so that it does not get scuffed.
