A resin detail part, not an aircraft kit. The set of finely cast resin replaces the exhaust stubs of the German twin-engine bomber Junkers Ju 88A-4 in 1:48 scale. Faithfully cast exhaust outlets with hollowed openings give the engine nacelles a realistic look that is hard to create from the plastic in the box. The part is intended for more advanced modelers with experience of resin.
The exhausts are always in view on the engine nacelles and the way they are done markedly affects the overall impression. A resin casting captures thin walls and hollowed outlets, so you do not have to drill the exhausts out laboriously. Once painted in metallic and rusty shades and lightly patinated, the burnt metal looks entirely natural.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package unless stated otherwise.
