A resin detail accessory of the Quickboost brand, made by Aires, intended to refine the cockpit of the plastic kit of the Messerschmitt Me 163A Komet rocket fighter in 1:48 scale. The seat has the seat belts cast directly into it, so there is no need to fold photo-etched parts.
The Me 163 was a unique rocket-powered interceptor with a short powered endurance. The A version was an early, largely training variant from which the later combat Komet grew.
Wash the mold release agent off the seat, separate it from the casting block and glue it on with cyanoacrylate glue. The cast belts come alive once they are picked out with paint and a fine wash.
This is an accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The kit itself is not included in the package.
