The set from Aires contains a resin correction part for the vertical tail (the fin) in 1:48 scale for the MiG-23BN fighter-bomber. It is not an airplane model but a replacement part that corrects the shape and the detail of the tail surface where the plastic kit does not match the real subject.
The MiG-23BN was the strike, ground-attack variant of the Soviet MiG-23 Flogger fighter, with a modified nose and with equipment for carrying bombs and unguided rockets. It served with the air forces of a number of Warsaw Pact states and of export customers. The shape of the fin is one of the details in which models differ from the real aircraft.
The original fin is cut off the model and replaced with the resin part. Wash the mold release agent off it, cut off the casting block and true up the mating surface. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue, and it is worth reinforcing and filling the joint with the plastic. Use respiratory protection when sanding resin.
The detail set does not include the aircraft model, paints or glue. It calls for cutting and filling: for more experienced modelers.
