The shadow position of the second flesh trio is covered by the acrylic paint Lifecolor Flesh 2 Shadow, intended for the recesses of a face and under the folds of skin.

Skin on a figure cannot be dealt with in a single tone. Lifecolor therefore builds its flesh shades into trios in which every paint has a fixed role, and Flesh 2 Shadow is the darkest of the second of them. It is not a standalone flesh tone but a shadow - it belongs where the surface of the skin would take light away, and only together with the base and light positions of the same tone does it give a face its volume.
A shadow is built up gradually, not all at once. It works well to lay on a thin glaze, let it dry and repeat if needed until the transition sits right. A crisp boundary between shadow and base tone gives the skin away, so the edges are blended with a damp brush out into the surface. In smaller scales it is enough just to suggest the shadow - too contrasty a face looks good close up but reads as harsh in a display case.
The shade will be appreciated by modelers who paint military and civilian figures and want their flesh tones built systematically rather than by guesswork. It also does good service on busts, where the face is the main subject and where every transition shows. Because it is the extreme position of one specific flesh trio, it makes the most sense where the modeler also has the base and light paints of that trio to hand.
Store out of the reach of children, work in a well ventilated space and close the bottle carefully after use.
