12.7 mm NATO ammunition belts 1:48 (Quinta Studio) are 3D-printed replicas of .50 caliber machine gun belts for detailing aircraft and vehicle models.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit but a set of 3D-printed replicas of ammunition belts in the standard 12.7 mm NATO caliber (.50 BMG). The parts faithfully capture the individual rounds and the links of the belt, which are missing or simplified on production castings. The set is universal and suits models from various makers in 1:48 scale.
The belts bring life to machine gun positions, racks, ammunition boxes and dioramas. The 12.7 mm caliber is typical of the defensive and anti-aircraft machine guns of a whole range of vehicles, helicopters and aircraft, so the uses are wide.
Carefully separate the parts from the print supports and clean them up where needed. The belt can be shaped slightly so that it hangs naturally. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint it in metallic shades with brass cases and a dark wash to bring out the links.
This is an accessory set of parts, not a model. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
