A resin cockpit set from Aires meant to raise the fidelity of the interior of a plastic North American P-51D Mustang model in 1:48 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory, not an airplane model: the kit itself is not included in the package.
The North American P-51D Mustang was an American single-seat fighter of the Second World War. The D version with its bubble canopy was one of the most widespread and best-known variants. It was powered by a V12 derived from the Rolls-Royce Merlin engine.
For more advanced modelers who want to take their P-51D Mustang in 1:48 scale beyond an out-of-the-box build. Super glue and experience with resin are recommended.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
