A detailed resin and 3D-printed set from Reskit intended for kits of the Dassault Rafale fighter in 1:48 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a set of external additional tanks of the RPL 701 type with a capacity of 1250 liters. The set replaces or completes the tanks from the original kit with a more faithful rendering and is intended for more experienced modelers.
It adds precisely shaped RPL 701 external tanks to a model, which the Rafale carries on the fuselage and wing pylons. The 3D-printed form faithfully captures the shape and the fine surface detail. Keep the smaller tank of 1250 liters apart from the larger RPL 741 type (2000 liters), which Reskit offers separately.
Wash any mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the carrier supports and line them up dry on the appropriate pylons. Bond exclusively with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Do the sanding with respiratory protection, then apply a primer and the colors according to the scheme of the aircraft.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as a resin set. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
