Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet T-34/76 medium tank in the 1942 production version built by Factory No. 112 in Gorky (Krasnoye Sormovo), in 1:48 scale from Hobby Boss. The model captures the earlier variant of the T-34 with the 76 mm gun. The box contains a photo-etched fret and decals with Soviet army markings; check the exact number of parts and schemes against the manufacturer's part number for this item.
The T-34/76 was the standard Soviet medium tank of the first half of the war. It combined steeply sloped armor, wide tracks suited to rough ground and mud, the reliable V-2 diesel engine and the 76 mm F-34 gun. The 1942 version brought simplified, faster wartime production; Factory No. 112 was one of the main producers and its machines were marked out by a distinctive turret. T-34 tanks served on the Eastern Front from 1941 to the end of the war.
With armor, assemble and paint the running gear (wheels, rollers, tracks) before you close up the hull. Cut the parts from the sprues and glue them with thin cement for plastic, and use cyanoacrylate glue for the photo-etched parts. Once the base protective green is on, lay down a gloss clear coat under the decals and build the weathering with dark washes running into the recesses, plus pigments for mud and dust effects on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
