This is a resin conversion set in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker Aires. It is not an airplane model but an accessory that makes it possible to convert a Draken kit to the S35E reconnaissance version. Conversion sets of this type usually hold cast parts of the nose and further specific parts that set the reconnaissance conversion apart from the fighter versions.
The Saab 35 Draken was a Swedish supersonic fighter with a double delta wing. The S35E version came about by modifying the airframe for photo-reconnaissance, with camera equipment taking the place of part of the armament. Reconnaissance Drakens complemented the Swedish Air Force during the Cold War.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate the casting blocks and join them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The conversion calls for adapting the base kit, so it suits advanced modelers. Sand resin with respiratory protection.
