Wolfpack 1:48 Spitfire Mk.XIVc is a plastic kit of the British fighter with the Griffon engine, with color photo-etched parts and quality decals added.
Responsibility details are not available.
This kit in 1:48 scale from the manufacturer Wolfpack brings the late version of the Spitfire powered by the Rolls-Royce Griffon engine. It is a premium release that combines injection-molded plastic parts with color-printed photo-etched features, canopy masks and quality decals. The package holds several markings for the Royal Air Force from the period 1944 to 1945.
The Spitfire Mk.XIV was a high-performance development stage of the famous fighter. Replacing the Merlin engine with the more powerful Griffon called for a longer nose and a five-blade propeller. The machine excelled at great altitude and in rate of climb and came into its own, among other things, in intercepting German bombers and V-1 missiles.
Glue the plastic parts with thin cement for plastic and the fine color photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Before the decals apply gloss varnish, and once everything is done unify the surface with matte or satin varnish. Painting suits an airbrush and a base coat of primer.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
