Photo-etched steel seat belts for the model of the British Supermarine aircraft in the Mk.I version in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
Seat belts are the first thing the eye notices in an open cockpit. Plastic kits usually only suggest them on the seat, or do not deal with them at all, so even a carefully built interior looks empty. Photo-etched belts remove that shortcoming: they have a realistic thickness, they can be curled over the edge of the seat and left to drape the way they would lie in a real machine.

The parts are etched from a thin sheet, and the steel is named in the name of the set itself. Steel photo-etch is springier than softer metals and holds the shape you bend it into better, so the sag of the belt survives even after it has been fitted into the cockpit. The extent of the set and the kit it is cut for are given by the manufacturer.
Separate the parts with a sharp blade on a hard surface, not with scissors, or the edge will ripple. Level the remains of the tab with a fine file. Bend over the edge of a ruler or in a bending tool and finish the folds with the flat side of a pair of tweezers. They are bonded with super glue, which you apply in a tiny amount on the tip of a toothpick. Degrease the area before gluing. If you are going to add paint to the belts, a thin coat holds better than a heavy one and will not clog the fine holes of the buckles.
The model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
