This is a resin (3D-printed) set of the SUU-14A/A external dispenser in 1:48 scale from RESArm. It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory for a more faithful fit of external stores. The SUU-14A/A is an American tube dispenser of submunitions used to scatter small bombs and mines.
The dispenser consists of a bundle of tubes hung under the wing or fuselage, from which submunitions were ejected in flight. It was used on American attack and jet aircraft and carried designations matching the various loads.
Wash the mold release off the parts, cut them from the supports and clean them up. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Cleaning up the tubular front section carefully before varnishing is advisable; bringing out the mouths of the tubes with a dark wash looks effective.
