A resin, 3D printed detail set of main landing gear wheels for models of the British Hawker Hurricane fighter aircraft in 1:48 scale, the form of variant 2. This is not a kit of an aircraft but an accessory replacing the plastic wheels from the box. The tires have a faithful flat spot and a slight deflection, so a standing model looks naturally loaded.
The Hawker Hurricane was a British fighter that together with the Spitfire bore the main weight of the Battle of Britain. A robust landing gear with a wide track was characteristic of the type and faithful wheels therefore markedly influence the look of a finished model on the apron.
Cut the parts off the print supports, clean up the traces left by them and wash the set free of remnants of the release agent. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways when sanding resin. Compare the form of the hub (var. 2) with the real subject you are building.
The set contains only the resin wheels, not the whole model. Glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
