A plastic kit of the small Honda CT125 motorcycle in 1:12 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Honda CT125 is a small single-track machine derived from the Cub line, that is from one of the most widespread motorcycles of all. It is powered by an air-cooled single-cylinder engine of 125 cc. It is a machine built for comfortable pottering about and light off-road use rather than for speed, which matches its upright riding position and simple construction, on which most of the elements are exposed and clearly visible.
A plastic kit of the motorcycle in 1:12 scale which the modeler assembles and paints. On a single-track machine nothing is hidden under bodywork, so the frame, the engine and the suspension all form the visible part of the model. The contents of the package and the recommended procedure are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Divide the build into subassemblies, that is the frame, the engine and the wheels, and paint them separately; glue them together only once they have dried. Separate the parts with sprue cutters a short distance from the part and sand the sprue nub down. Prepare small parts such as levers and cables in advance, and set the bolt heads off in a different shade from the frame. On a motorcycle in this scale every fingerprint shows on a glossy surface, so work in gloves or hold the parts by the sprue.
Suitable for modelers who like machinery without unnecessary covers, and for owners of a similar machine. Unless stated otherwise, the kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted; paints, glue and other supplies are not included in the package.
