1:48 MiG-29 SMT - 2000 liter under-fuselage aerodynamic fuel tank (RESArm)

This is a stand-alone resin accessory, not an aircraft model. The set holds a 3D-printed large-capacity under-fuselage aerodynamic fuel tank of 2000 liters for models of the upgraded Russian MiG-29 SMT fighter in 1:48 scale.

What it is for

The bulky under-fuselage tank extended the range of the machine considerably and is a conspicuous element of the configuration. The resin part with its smooth aerodynamic shape faithfully completes the underside of the model's fuselage.

Usage tips

  • Wash the uncured print resin residue off the parts and cut them from the print supports.
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
  • Paint the tank to match the scheme and bring out the panel lines.
