Masks for the two-piece canopy of the tandem cockpit and for the discs of the tires. The thin tape follows the framing precisely and after spraying comes away without residue. The set is cut for the Zoukei-Mura SWS series kits, which with this item is an essential detail: comparable masks from the same manufacturer also exist for Phantoms of other brands and the frames differ between them.
The F-4E version brought what pilots in Vietnam had been missing: a built-in rotary cannon in the lengthened nose and leading-edge slats for a more agile turn. The Japanese equivalent F-4EJ was based on the same foundation but was adapted to defensive tasks over the archipelago. Leave the finished glazing masked until the end of the build; you will protect it from sanding and weathering. The shape of the rims differs on late Phantoms, so lay the mask on dry first and verify that it fits the wheel of your kit.
