LACI 1:72 Landing flaps - CASA C-212 Aviocar

This resin set from LACI is a detail accessory, not a model in its own right. It replaces the closed landing flaps with an extended, open position. A model of the Spanish twin-engine CASA C-212 Aviocar transport aircraft in 1:72 scale thereby gains a more convincing wing with the high-lift devices fully deflected.

Use and fitting

  • Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them from the casting blocks.
  • Space for seating the flaps has to be cut into the wing, which is a minor modification.
  • Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • The set is intended for models of the CASA C-212 Aviocar in 1:72 scale.

  • Builders of transport and utility aircraft in 1:72 scale.
  • Modelers who want to present the aircraft with the flaps extended.
  • More experienced modelers used to small resin modifications.

The accessory is supplied unpainted and without glue. It requires a slight modification of the kit.
