This is a resin detail accessory, not an airplane kit. It contains the canopy frame for the Tamiya F-15C Eagle kit in 1:32 scale. A more faithfully cast frame refines the shape and detail of the cockpit glazing compared with the plastic part from the kit.
The McDonnell Douglas F-15C Eagle is the single-seat fighter version of the famous twin-engine air superiority machine. The hinged cockpit canopy with its pronounced frame is one of the characteristic elements of its silhouette and is clearly visible on a finished model.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut the casting block off and glue it with cyanoacrylate glue. Given how exposed the frame is to view, take care over clean finishing and fit. Wear respiratory protection while sanding.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base Tamiya kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
