A set of resin figures produced by 3D printing in the French workshop Dynamo Models. It depicts an officer of the British Expeditionary Force (BEF) of 1940, that is from the opening period of the Second World War and the fighting in France. The figures are intended for dioramas and for vehicles in 1:72 scale. Because of the resin form it is a set for more experienced modelers.
The British Expeditionary Force was the contingent of the British Army sent to the continent at the start of the Second World War. In 1940 it faced the German offensive in France and Belgium, and a large part of it was evacuated through Dunkirk. The uniforms and equipment of this period are characteristic of the early war years.
First wash the mold release agent residue off the parts, cut the casting blocks off and do the sanding with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For small figures, acrylic paints, a primer and fine brushes are suitable; the detail of the face and the equipment is brought out with glazes and a dry brush.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
