This kit in 1:72 scale renders the German two-seat AGO C.IV reconnaissance biplane of the First World War period. It is an injection-molded plastic model from the Czech maker Kovozavody Prostejov with clear parts and a decal sheet. The exact contents of the package and the particular schemes are on the sheet in the box.
The AGO C.IV was a German two-seat reconnaissance and observation aircraft of the middle of the First World War. It was a single-engined biplane with a crew of a pilot and an observer and strikingly shaped wings tapering toward the tips. It was used for reconnaissance and observation over the front.
On a biplane pay attention to the correct seating of the interplane struts and to symmetry about the axis; a building jig or auxiliary supports until the glue dries will help. Add the bracing wires from stretched thread. Use a primer, an airbrush and period shades; distinguish the wooden and fabric areas in shade as well as in texture.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included, unless stated otherwise.
