Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from AZ model. The package contains gray and clear plastic parts and a decal sheet with the markings of the Croatian Air Force Legion. It is a popular variant of a classic fighter in an attractive and less usual guise.
The Bf 109E, nicknamed Emil, was one of the key German fighters of the early Second World War. The E-7/Trop version gained the ability to carry a drop tank and a tropical air filter for operations in dusty conditions. Croatian pilots flew Emils with units on the Eastern Front and their aircraft carried distinctive markings.
Glue the parts with a thin cement for plastic and pay attention to clean joints between the fuselage and the wing. A filler primer, spraying the camouflage with an airbrush and masking the glazing are all recommended. Set the decals onto a gloss coat, pick the panel lines out with a fine wash and finish the surface with a matte clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
