The finished color panel 1:72 de Havilland Mosquito FB Mk.VI LooK from Eduard improves the pilot's compartment of the fighter-bomber in a small scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A color-finished panel for the pilot's compartment of the de Havilland Mosquito fighter-bomber in the FB Mk.VI version. It is made as a three-dimensional part with the instrument bezels standing out, so nothing has to be painted in or assembled. The plastic model of the aircraft is a separate item.
The fighter-bomber Mk.VI was the most produced version of the whole family. It came about by combining fixed armament in the nose, made up of 20 mm cannons and machine guns, with the ability to carry bombs or unguided rockets under the wing. It was these aircraft that flew precise low-level strikes against the buildings of the occupation administration, escorted daylight raids and hunted submarines over the Bay of Biscay. An airframe of plywood and balsa made the Mosquito a light and exceptionally fast aircraft, which managed for a long time without defensive armament.
For the one who builds in 1:72 and wants cockpit detail comparable with larger scales. Buy paints, varnishes and glues separately.
The panel is fitted before the fuselage is closed, so plan the procedure in advance — once the halves are glued together you will no longer reach it.
