A set of turned metal pitot tubes for a model of the British De Havilland Sea Vixen carrier fighter in 1:72 scale. The parts replace the plastic moldings from the kit with more accurate metal replacements.
The metal version machined on a lathe holds its straight shape and its fine detail. Thin plastic pitots bend easily, and the metal version does away with that problem. You cut off the original parts and glue the metal replacements in their place.
