This is a set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from HAD Models. It is not an aircraft model but an accessory meant to bring an already built model of the Su-27 Flanker B fighter to life. The set holds markings for four different camouflage variants of one type, so you can pick a particular machine to your own taste.
The Su-27, in the NATO code the Flanker, is a heavy twin-engine supersonic fighter of Soviet design. The Flanker B version is the single-seat fighter for winning air superiority, with great range and marked agility. Its characteristic feature is a blended fuselage flowing into the lifting surfaces and a pair of vertical fins.
Apply the decals over a smooth, ideally gloss varnished surface, so that the silvering effect does not arise under the film. Dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water, slide it into place once it releases and soak the surplus water up. Decal softeners will help it settle and flow into the detail; finally we recommend going over it with a matte or semi-gloss varnish according to the character of the machine.
