This resin accessory contains precisely shaped exhausts for models of the Dornier Do 17Z-2 bomber in 1:72 scale. It is not a model of the aircraft but a small refining set that replaces the coarser plastic exhausts with castings that have hollowed openings and clean detail of a kind injection-molded plastic cannot produce.
Cut the parts from the casting block and clean them up, then glue them on with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Exhausts benefit from painting in dark metallic and rusty shades complemented by pigments and a wash for a heat-stressed, burnt look. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
