A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from Print Scale, the first part of the series devoted to the F-51 Mustang in the Korean War. This is not a kit but sheets of decals transferred onto a finished model with water. They hold national insignia, personal and tactical markings and lettering.
The North American P-51 Mustang was an American single-engine fighter famous from the Second World War. After the independent US Air Force was created it was redesignated F-51, and in the Korean War it proved itself above all in the fighter-bomber role supporting ground units, where its range and load capacity were valued.
Cut the motif out, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide it off the backing onto a surface prepared with a gloss varnish. Once dry, unify the surface with a matte or semi-gloss varnish. A decal softener makes seating onto detail and transitions easier.
