This item is not a kit of an aircraft but a detail accessory. It contains a 3D-printed resin exhaust nozzle intended for models of the carrier-borne Lockheed Martin F-35 C Lightning II version in 1:72 scale. It replaces the simplified nozzle from a plastic kit and brings a fine structure of the petals and of the inner duct that injected plastic cannot capture. The target kit is Tamiya.
A precise geometry of the tail of the engine, sharply printed petals of the nozzle and a realistic inner profile. Thanks to the technology of direct 3D printing, the parting line and the flash typical of classic cast resin fall away.
Separate the parts carefully from the print supports, clean them up and degrease them. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). You will create the metallic heat discoloration of the nozzle with metallics and light washes; we recommend an airbrush and work in a ventilated space with breathing protection while sanding.
The accessory is supplied unpainted and without glue; paints and other material are not included in the package.
