It is an M1 Abrams tank adapted for mine clearing duties, fitted with a mine roller and a plow. The model holds a detailed running gear, rubber tracks, the parts of the mine clearing equipment and decals; the package offers variants with the roller as well as with the plow.
The M1 Panther II is the mine clearing version of the American M1 Abrams main battle tank. The vehicle tends to be operated with a mine roller or with a plow, which safely remove or push aside mines while opening up routes. The adaptation makes it possible to drive through mined ground with a lower risk of damage to the vehicle itself. Equipment of this type serves engineer and reconnaissance units.
