The New Ware 1:72 Mask B-57B/B-57G Nighthawk EXPERT is the most extensive of the three levels of the mask set for this machine. It is intended for modelers who want the maximum cut in advance and do not want to cut tape during the build.
Responsibility details are not available.
The top of the three levels offered. The word EXPERT here does not denote how hard the masks are to apply but the scope of the set: against the basic BASIC variant and the middle ADVANCED one, EXPERT covers the widest range of areas and small details, so only a minimum of things are left for you to cut yourself. Choose this set when you are building a model with a show in mind and want the masking finished without compromises.
The B-57 was the American license-built version of the British Canberra jet bomber. The B-57B variant had the seats arranged in tandem under an elongated canopy and a rotary bomb bay door; the later B-57G was equipped for night operations and carried a suite of sensors in the nose. The combination of a very slender wing of large span and two engine nacelles gives the model an unmistakable silhouette.
Keep the sheet of masks flat, out of direct sun and dry; heat and damp shorten the life of the adhesive. Once you have taken out the pieces you need, do not throw the rest of the sheet away. The surrounding material is ideal for masking small details that no ready-made set thinks of, for instance covering leading edges or making narrow strips. When a sheet is older and the adhesive has dried a little, warming it briefly in your hand helps the mask follow the shape better.
The set is tailored to one specific Italeri kit. It is not a model or a kit, and paints are not included in the package.
