Injection-molded plastic kit of the French supersonic fighter Dassault Mirage F1 in 1:72 scale from the traditional French manufacturer Heller. The model captures the characteristic shape of the aircraft with its high-mounted swept wing and slim fuselage. It is a classic kit that suits collectors of Cold War aircraft.
The Dassault Mirage F1 was a French single-engined multirole fighter which, unlike the earlier delta-winged Mirages, received a conventional high-mounted swept wing. That brought better takeoff qualities and a lower landing speed. The Mirage F1 served with the French Air Force and with a number of other countries and was deployed in many conflicts.
Finish the cockpit before closing up the fuselage. Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic, fill the gaps and sand them. French and export schemes of the Mirage F1 include both metal and camouflage finishes, which come out well with airbrush spraying, a gloss coat under the decals and gentle highlighting of the panel lines.
