A 3D printed resin exhaust nozzle for models of the Mirage IIICJ fighter in 1:72 scale. It is not an aircraft model but a detail accessory that replaces the nozzle from the box with a faithful rendering with fine internal relief and a thin rim. The diameter of the part matches the rear fuselage of the Special Hobby kit.
The Mirage IIICJ was the Israeli version of the French supersonic Mirage III fighter, in service in the 1960s and 1970s. A faithful exhaust nozzle markedly refines the tail of a model, which plastic parts from the box often simplify.
Separate the part carefully from the print supports, clean it up and fit it in place of the original nozzle. Bond with cyanoacrylate (super glue) and sand with respiratory protection. Paint the nozzle in metallic shades with traces of burning and lightening toward the rim.
The set contains the exhaust nozzle only; paints, glue and the model itself are not included.
