A set of four 3D-printed resin aircraft bombs in 1:72 scale. It is an aftermarket accessory, not a model in its own right. The parts have fine surface detail on the case, the lugs and the conical free-fall fin.
The MK-83 is an American low-drag general-purpose bomb of the Mark 80 series weighing roughly 454 kg (1000 pounds). It is the heavier option beside the widespread MK-82 and a number of Western tactical aircraft carry it. The conical fin matches the version for release from greater heights.
Wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut them from the print supports and clean up the surfaces. They are bonded with super glue. We recommend an undercoat, an airbrush and bringing the detail out with a wash.
The set holds resin bomb parts only. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
