Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Kovozavody Prostejov. It is a new tooling capturing the triplane variant derived from the proven Nieuport 17 fighter. The moldings are in gray plastic, and a decal sheet with one French scheme and a drawing for installing the bracing and rigging wires are part of the box.
The Nieuport Triplane was created as an attempt to carry the good flying qualities of Nieuport fighters over into a triplane layout with staggered flying surfaces. It was powered by a rotary engine and the machine belonged to the era of the First World War. The French Air Force did not take this path in the end, but the design remains an interesting episode in fighter development of that time.
Clean the small parts up and use liquid cement for plastic, and apply a primer before painting. We recommend an airbrush for even coverage and patient masking of the individual surfaces. On biplanes and triplanes the key step is setting the relative position of the wings and the bracing wires, which can be added with stretched thread. Seat the decals on a gloss coat and fix them with a matte one.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
