The set captures pilots in modern flying gear: a helmet with the JHMCS cueing system and the oxygen mask designated MBU-23. A cueing helmet projects flight and targeting data straight onto the visor, so the pilot does not have to look down at the instrument panel. Crews equipped like this are to be seen on modern jet fighters, so the figures suit the machines of today's generation.

The figures suit the cockpit of a finished model and the space beside it on the surface of a diorama or a display base, where they give a scene a sense of scale and bring it to life.
Wash and degrease the figures before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold. Cut the surplus material away with a sharp blade a little off the part and sand the remainder carefully. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts; the particular procedure for preparing them is given in the manufacturer's instructions. Paint from the base layer toward the details, and finish the face and the gloves with a fine brush. A darker shade in the seams of the flight suit and a lighter one on the raised places give a small figure depth.
The aircraft model, the paints and the glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
