PZL P.24B in Bulgarian service is an injection-molded plastic kit of the Polish fighter in Bulgarian service in 1:72 scale from IBG.
Responsibility details are not available.
The kit represents an early variant of the PZL P.24 fighter powered by a Gnome-Rhone radial engine, in the markings of the Bulgarian Air Force. The package consists of injection-molded plastic sprues complemented by photo-etched parts for fine detail and a rich decal sheet. The quality tooling makes it possible to build a faithful model of this interwar export fighter.
The PZL P.24 was an all-metal high-wing monoplane with a characteristic high gull wing of the so-called Polish type, developed in Poland as the export version of the successful PZL family of fighters. It was powered by a French Gnome-Rhone radial engine. The aircraft was sold to a number of countries and served with the Bulgarian Air Force in the second half of the 1930s and at the beginning of the Second World War.
Finish and paint the cockpit and the engine section before closing the fuselage. Glue the photo-etched parts with super glue and the plastic joints with thin cement for plastic. A primer as a base, painting with an airbrush and a sensitive emphasis of the panel lines are advisable. Apply the decals over gloss varnish so that they settle cleanly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
