RS-2US missiles for the MiG-21 1:72 are a resin accessory from Eduard that replaces the plastic missiles with more faithful parts.

This is a resin accessory from the Brassin range of the Czech maker Eduard, not an aircraft model. The set contains a set of RS-2US air-to-air missiles together with adapters, which are fitted to a model of the MiG-21 fighter. The cast resin parts have a sharper and more faithful shape than the plastic missiles from the base kit.
The accessory raises the detail of the armament on a MiG-21 model in 1:72 scale. The missiles are mounted on the pylons under the fuselage and wings and replace the less faithful plastic parts. It is intended for models of the MiG-21 fighter.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water and separate them carefully from the casting blocks. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Given how small the parts are, work with tweezers and protect your airways when sanding. The missiles come into their own once the base color is sprayed and the edges lightly picked out.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
