Kelik 1:72 T-2 Advanced Trainer completes the cockpit of the Japanese supersonic trainer with a colored relief.
Responsibility details are not available.
The printed set transfers panels finished in color with a raised texture onto a model. The layering of shades and the picking out of the individual dials become unnecessary, which on a supersonic trainer with richly fitted panels saves a good part of an evening.
The Mitsubishi T-2 flew in 1971 as an advanced trainer aircraft of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force and became the first supersonic type designed in Japan. It was powered by a pair of engines produced under license from a British-French pattern. The single-seat F-1 attack aircraft later arose from its airframe, and in the colors of the Blue Impulse display team the T-2 performed for audiences all over the country. With the training units the type remained in service until 2006, when a more modern machine of domestic production took its place.
Get ready a shallow dish of lukewarm water, absorbent paper and a soft brush. Slide the marking off the paper only at the moment when it releases by itself, and use water rather than pressure to move it into place. Then wipe the remains of adhesive from the backing off with a damp cotton swab.
The set concerns the inside exclusively; the aircraft is a separate item.
