US 500 lb bombs 1:72 is a resin detail set from Eduard. It brings a set of 500-pound aerial bombs; it is not a model but an accessory for external stores.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains six faithfully cast American 500-pound aerial bombs in 1:72 scale, complemented by photo-etched parts for the fins and decals for the stencils. It is an aftermarket accessory in resin. It contains no airplane model and serves to enrich the external stores of models of American combat aircraft of the Second World War.
American 500-pound general-purpose bombs were among the most widespread armament of American fighter-bombers and bombers of the Second World War. Machines carried them on raids against ground and naval targets. Faithful bombs give a model a combat character and complete the external stores configuration.
Wash the resin bombs free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and glue the fine photo-etched fins with cyanoacrylate. The bombs are usually sprayed olive green or gray, and the enclosed decals add the yellow identification bands and the technical stencils.
This is a detail set, not a complete model. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
