This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from ICM captures the historic American Ford Model T car in the closed doctor's coupe form of 1918. The set named Doctor on Call contains figures including the doctor as well as the car. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Ford Model T was the legendary American car built from 1908, and as the first affordable mass-produced car it opened motoring up to broad layers of society. The closed coupe was popular with country doctors, who drove out to their patients in all weather. The Doctor on Call scene recalls that picture.
The small parts of a historic car need careful cleanup. Finish the chassis and the interior first, then close the body. A base coat and airbrush spraying are recommended; the polished black shades of the Model T era come out well with a gloss coat. The figures complete the whole genre scene.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
