ICM 1:35 Miracle on the Marne (1914) is an injection-molded plastic set of soldier figures from the start of the First World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM captures a scene from the start of the First World War. The set contains soldiers of several armies including machine gun crews and is conceived as a diorama scene. The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The name refers to the Allied counter-offensive on the river Marne in the autumn of 1914, which stopped the German advance at the start of the First World War. The set represents German, French and British infantry in period uniforms, complemented by machine gun crews in dynamic combat poses.
Clean the figures carefully of flash and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. For painting, acrylics and a layering technique work well, or oils for smooth transitions on the faces and the uniforms. Bring out the details with glazes and a dry brush.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
