Desert Storm 1:48 is a plastic kit from ICM containing a pair of American reconnaissance and attack aircraft OV-10 Bronco in the Gulf War of 1991.
Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit from the Ukrainian manufacturer ICM in 1:48 scale, devoted to Operation Desert Storm of 1991. The package contains two models of the American turboprop OV-10 Bronco, specifically the OV-10A and the OV-10D+ versions. The set therefore makes it possible to build a pair of these machines on a shared theme.
The North American Rockwell OV-10 Bronco was a light twin-engine turboprop aircraft for reconnaissance, forward air control and close support of ground units. The OV-10D+ version brought improved sensors and equipment. During the Gulf War of 1991 the machines carried out reconnaissance and observation tasks over the battlefield.
Use thin cement for plastic on the plastic. Paint and fit the glazed cockpits of both machines before closing the fuselages up. Spray a primer and the base camouflage with an airbrush; suggest wear with fine washes and dry-brushing. With two models in the package, plan the build in stages.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
